About BNL Property Management

Lianne, a native of Colorado Springs, and has been involved with real estate and property management from a young age. She graduated from Colorado State University in the mid 2000’s and has been focused on understanding the local market conditions and real estate trends. She brings with her short term and long term rental experience as well as almost 20 years of real estate knowledge and a clear understanding of economic and environmental conditions related to real estate and property management. Lianne currently resides in Salida with her husband and two dogs. When not at work, Lianne enjoys trail running, rafting, snowboarding, hiking, offroading and all the local events within our community.

Bobby, a native of Denver, has been involved with property management since 2004, after graduating from the University of Colorado, Denver; he moved to San Francisco to work with a real estate development company and property management company. There he learned the trades, developed his skills and gained an understanding of current market needs. He moved back to Colorado in 2007, and has been involved with property management, real estate development both on the private and public side. He has worked closely with local governments, municipalities and communities throughout western Colorado, developing relationships and establishing himself as a market leader in all aspects of business. Bobby currently resides in Salida, with his wife and two dogs, enjoying all that the valley has to offer. When not building his business, he enjoys racing in Ultra4 (go Rusty Nail Racing!,) mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, hunting and offroading.
