Can I reach you after hours?
Yes! We are available 24/7, we understand renting needs do not stop. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes! We have a owner portal that will be set up so you can do a ACH of your rental payments and view all the details of the property. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes! You can see the lease if you would like. However, since we are managing the property you don't need to sign it - leave ALL the work to us, you just collect the income! -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes! As a licenced Real Estate Agent, we can sell real estate as well. However, our primary focus is on Property Management. We do partner with one of the best local firms, First Colorado Land Office. We will connect you with the best Realtors in Chaffee County. -
How and when do I get my checks?
We will utilize our automated system to track, record, and make monthly payouts via our financial reporting system. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent collection is paid through our online portal or renters have the option to pay in person at our local Chaffee County bank. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
This is up to you as the owner. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We charge one months rent for the security deposit. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
ASAP - just give us a call and we are here to help! -
What type of properties do you manage?
Being focused solely on Property Management and being investors ourselves, we manager Short-Term Rentals, Long-Term Rentals. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
All of our owners have access to their portal which contains information and financial reports about their property. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
BNL Properties is required by law to hold all tenant security deposits in a Security Deposit Account.
