Can you hold a place before I apply?

Our policy is first to submit their online application and security deposit is the only way to secure the property.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

We only charge the security deposit of one months rent and your 1st months rent to secure the property.
How old do you have to be to apply?

At least one party has to be over 18 years of age.
Is the deposit refundable?

Depending on the move out inspection a renter who has no property damage should receive their entire security deposit back minus $300 for rekeying the property and a cleaning fee. This is stated in the lease you sign.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

Please complete the application on our website through the portal.
How do I pay rent?

You can pay through the online portal or you can pay in person at our local Chaffee County bank.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Please contact BNL Property Management and we can see if the property you are in will allow pets.
